Crisis communication in operations centres

Implementation of COMMAND d project will enable the organization of five operations command centres, one in each of the countries: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Albania. This will allow us to increase the level of emergency services’ preparedness and facilitate the process of crisis decision-making.

COMMAND d

Five separate technical assessments will be carried out during the project (one per partner). Ten workshops will be organized in order to develop human resources. Risk assessment methodology will be standardized. An IT platform will be developed, which will be used for decision-making in risk management and emergency situations.

Operations command centre support

Standard operating procedures in crisis situations will be established during the project, data reception, as well as GIS analysis / developments simulation, and emergency data transfer will be facilitated.

Project Financing

The project is co-financed by the European Union (Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and European Humanitarian Aid Operations). The total value of the project is EUR 457,821.97 and the amount of EU approved funds is EUR 387,676.98.
